The Executive Director is responsible for giving direction and leadership towards achieving the MCFEE\u2019s mission, strategies, and annual goals and objectives. He\/she will be responsible for driving suitable and sustainable growth of fund development, executing fundraising strategy, managing volunteer activities and handling grant oversight.\u00a0 He\/she will be a steward in community engagement, handle reporting, oversee MCFEE operations in the utmost of integrity and fiscally responsibly handle, and manage committees and volunteers.\u00a0 Finally, the Executive Director must be an outstanding communicator who can effectively convey the mission and activities of MCFEE to a variety of constituencies.<\/p>\n
This part-time position\u2019s workhours will vary depending on workload and events.\u00a0 Top candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule as hours include daytime, evening, weekday and weekend.\u00a0 This position requires ability to travel locally.\u00a0 Fundraising and\/or sales experience and managing a financial budget required, along with management of volunteers or employees.\u00a0 Must have strong working knowledge of computers and MS Office.\u00a0 Proven ability to increase sustainable growth in a non-profit organization and\/or Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related area a strong plus!<\/p>\n
