2018-2019 Grant Reporting Form
- Please be as detailed as possible as these forms are used for reporting to the MCFEE Trustees as well as the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development for the Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program ( EITC).
- All financial information should match the receipts sent to the business office and should be detailed- not just the total amount spent.
- Pictures of students should be only those who are permitted to be used on the internet for MCFEE advertising. These pictures should be emailed to ahowett@mcfee4kids.org for future MCFEE publicity opportunities.
