Non-Profit Part-time Executive Director

Have strong experience in growing and organizing fundraising, overseeing grants and giving back to the community?  Do you love building strong relationships with key stakeholders and local businesses in order to meet fundraising growth?  Do you feel committed and passionate about giving back to the local community while have the flexibility to work a variety of hours?  If so, consider this wonderful part-time Executive Director position that gives back to the students and educators of the Manheim Central School District!  Manheim Central for Educational Enrichment (MCFEE) is a local nonprofit dedicated to offering MCSD students excellent educational opportunities and enrichment experiences.

The Executive Director is responsible for giving direction and leadership towards achieving the MCFEE’s mission, strategies, and annual goals and objectives. He/she will be responsible for driving suitable and sustainable growth of fund development, executing fundraising strategy, managing volunteer activities and handling grant oversight.  He/she will be a steward in community engagement, handle reporting, oversee MCFEE operations in the utmost of integrity and fiscally responsibly handle, and manage committees and volunteers.  Finally, the Executive Director must be an outstanding communicator who can effectively convey the mission and activities of MCFEE to a variety of constituencies.

This part-time position’s workhours will vary depending on workload and events.  Top candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule as hours include daytime, evening, weekday and weekend.  This position requires ability to travel locally.  Fundraising and/or sales experience and managing a financial budget required, along with management of volunteers or employees.  Must have strong working knowledge of computers and MS Office.  Proven ability to increase sustainable growth in a non-profit organization and/or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related area a strong plus!
